This is how refunds and cancellations work on KERB. KERB is operated by KERB. Email ceo@kerb.ae.
You pay the winning bid plus 10% to KERB. That 10% is our fee.
We refund the KERB fee in full if the job is cancelled before work starts, or if the dealer does not show.
Once work has started, the KERB fee is not refunded. If something is wrong after the job, use the warranty path rather than a fee refund.
If you approved extra work and it was not done, we refund the 10% you paid on that extra. If the extra work was done, it follows the same rule as the main job.
Refunds are made only to the original card used for the payment, through our payment provider Mr Ivory. We cannot refund in cash, by bank transfer or to a different card.
Once we approve a refund, it usually takes 10 to 45 days to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank and card issuer.
If a payment shows “Payment failed”, the job was not marked paid. If money still left your card, email us with the time and amount and we will check it with Mr Ivory and return it to the same card.
Dealer plans (Standard AED 100, Premium AED 250, Platinum AED 500 a month) are not billed at present. When billing starts, dealers can cancel any time. There is no pro-rata refund for unused days, except that if you cancel in the first 7 days of your first paid month and you have not used the desk (no bids, no wins), we refund that first month to the original card.
Warranty is repair or redo by the winning dealer, not cash. The cover is whatever they put on the bid: 7 days; 30 days or 1,000 km; 90 days or 5,000 km; or 6 months or 10,000 km. It starts when they mark the job done after KERB was paid.
If the dealer cannot redo the work, we will look at a refund of what you paid on KERB for that job, to the original card.
Email ceo@kerb.ae with the job, the date you paid and what you want refunded. We handle refunds ourselves.
